Richard Edeson
Richard has over 30+ years’ experience in the framing trade from framing artworks to managing and owning framing businesses. Richard’s wealth of knowledge and eye for detail is second to none, and has worked with many of New Zealand’s major galleries and artists over the years. As well as being the man at the forefront of this team, Richard’s framing skills are exceptional and with your framing needs left with Richard, you can be absolutely assured your artwork will be meticulously cared for.
Mark Quinn
Mark has over 30+ years of framing experience. He is a specialist in his field and is always adaptable in all areas of framing as his years in this industry has provided him with a vast wealth of knowledge. Mark is the man who ensures we always stock the best frames and checks that each frame that is put together is of the highest quality.
Mark Corliss
If you ever see our van delivering and picking up from or many customers then that will be Mark. Mark is the rock of Homestead. With over 30+ years of framing experience, Mark is the man that knows whats going on and where. He is always adaptable so if there is a job that needs doing before you know it it will be done. He is only a little guy, but we call him the big man!!!
Dane Taylor
Need a sports jersey or tapestry framed? Dane is your go to! With over 10+ years of framing experience, Dane’s eye for detail is exceptional and he will stop at nothing until it is perfect. As an artist Dane’s creativity translates into amazing ideas and creative ways to display and highlight your work.
Graham Henwood
Graham has 20+ years in the industry; he is an ultra-organised all-rounder. Graham enjoys the precision cutting/joining of putting a frame together and has such a can-do attitude. Graham is an integral part of the Homestead team and loves nothing more than rolling up his sleeves & getting stuck in and working as part of the Homestead team. He said his wife said he is good at nothing, but we think he is fabulous as we are sure you will also.
Valdemar Zondane
The strapping young lad from Mozambique, Valdemar is the muscles behind the big framing jobs. More commonly known around here as ‘Val’, with his 10+ years framing experience Val is prepared to take on an challenging job that comes through the door. Val’s other interests are landscape photography and travel, check out what Valdemar is up to @valdemar_.z on Instagram?
Emil Unkovich
Emil can mainly be found in the factory fitting together work, however, he does like to step in to charm the customers from time to time. With his 20+ years of framing experience and excellent people skills, Emil can be considered a ‘jack of all trades’. Emil is interested in graphic design and is considered by everyone to be a team player within the Homestead family.
Natalie Edeson
As Richard’s partner in crime, Natalie has been exposed to the framing industry for the last 30+ years which has allowed her to gain plenty of knowledge, and Homestead is all the more better for it! Known as “Mother Hen” of the company, Natalie is the little lady with a big personality. She always walks around with a smile on her face and is guaranteed to be up for a chat at all times. Formerly a hairdresser, Natalie offers wonderful people skills and customer service.
Heidi Curtis
Heidi has been with us for the past year and is fairly new to the industry. Always with a project on the go, Heidi is not scared of a challenge. Apart from framing, Heidi also has excellent customer service skills. With her warm personality and excellent conversation, you can guarantee Heidi will be there to help you when you need her.
